Product Description
- Light yellow, oblong, film-coated tablet, engraved “UT’ on one side and “AT” on the other side.
Use
- Greatcet is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain.
- Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older) : The dose should be individually adjusted according to intensity of pain and response of the patient. An initial dose of two tablets of Greatcet is recommended. Additional doses can be taken as needed, not exceeding 8 tablets (equivalent to 300 mg Tramadol and 2600 mg Acetaminophen) per day. The dosing interval should not be less than six hours.
- Children : The effective and safe use of Greatcet has not been established in children below the age of 12 years. Treatment is therefore not recommended in this population.

Use
- KUPMEBAMOL is indicated as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy, and other measures for the relief of muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions.
- Adults: 1.5 – 2.25 g of Methocarbamol per day in 3 – 4 divided doses.
- Elderly patient: 0.75 – 1.5 g of Methocarbamol per day in 3 – 4 divided doses.
- Children: The daily dosage should not exceed 60 mg/ kg.
- The dose may vary according to age and symptoms.
